Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would approach the competent authority constituted under the provisions of Maharashtra Water Resources Regularatory Authority, 2005 and prays that the interim order be continued for a week.

Learned A.G.P. opposes the said request.

Considering the fact that interim relief is operating since 20.1.2017 and the petitioner now seeks to approach the competent authority by withdrawing the present Writ Petition, we pass the

wp948.17 following order.

The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. The interim order passed earlier shall continue till 20.2.2017 from today. Needless to state, on lapse of the afore said time, the interim protection granted by this Court shall come to an end.

In view of disposal of Writ Petition, Civil Application stands disposed of.
