On 28/07/2022, the matter was adjourned. On 17/08/2022, none was present for the petitioners. Even today, though this petition is shown on the daily cause list at Serial No.906 under the caption "for dismissal", none appears for the petitioner.

The learned AGP points out that the petitioner will have to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal since he seeks an order of absorbing him in Government service from the 30 % quota reserved for Temporary Laboratory Technicians/ Senior Field Workers.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for the cause that has been put forth in this petition. All contentions of the parties are kept open. 4.

The petitioner shall pay the deficit Court fees of Rs.750/-, within three weeks.
