Respondent No.3 has forwarded the said proposal to Respondent No.2 seeking approval to appoint petitioner as Shikshan Sevak (Exhibit - A Collectively). Same is not yet decided. 2.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case the said proposal is pending, the authority shall decide the same on its own merits. 1 / 2

In case such proposal is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits and preferably within a period of five weeks. Petition is disposed of. No costs.
