Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

The respective applicants are seeking recalling of orders mentioned in the applications, whereby registration of their frst appeal was refused for non-removal of offce objections. There is also a huge delay in fling these applications and in the meantime the annexures are also destroyed. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to reconstruct the appeals and annexures and to remove all the offce objections within four weeks. 3.

In view of the same, the orders mentioned in these applications whereby registration of the appeals is refused, are set aside and appeals after reconstruction, be restored for removal of all the offce objections within four weeks subject to deposit of costs of Rs.1,000/- each to be paid to the Bar Library. 4.

Applications are accordingly disposed of.
