Heard learned counsel for the applicants/ claimants and learned counsel for respondent No.1/ Insurance Company.

I have gone through the award passed by the Tribunal. Permission is granted to the applicants/ claimants to withdraw 75% amount out of the deposited compensation amount and accrued interest thereon in the Court, subject to filing of written undertaking within a period of eight weeks from the date of passing of this order to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court. Remaining 25%

CA3749-2019 amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank till final disposal of First Appeal. The Registrar (Judicial) to act accordingly. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. [SUNIL K. KOTWAL] JUDGE npj/CA3749-2019
