We have heard both the sides.

It is being pointed out that, in fact one of the petitions i.e. Writ Petition No.3795/2024 was filed by the petitioners/State and inadvertent error is occurred while making reference of appearance of the learned A.G.P. for petitioners in that petition. 4.

Necessary correction be made so as to make the appearance of the learned A.G.P. for the petitioners in the title in respect of Writ Petition No.3795/2024.

It is being further pointed out that there is also error in paragraph Nos.27 and 29 of the said judgment. In fact Writ Petition No.3795/2024 was allowed and the other petition i.e. Writ Petition No.12280/2024 was simply disposed of.

Writ Petition numbers in paragraph Nos.27 and 29 be corrected and the fresh corrected order be uploaded. 7.

The motion is disposed of.
