1) The application is filed for suspension of substantive sentence. The appellant is convicted and sentenced for offences punishable under sections 7, 13(1) (d) read with 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Maximum sentence of two years is imposed. Learned counsel for the appellant made statement that entire fine amount is deposited and the substantive sentence is already suspended by the trial Court.

2 Application 345/2015 2) In view of these circumstances the application is allowed. Substantive sentence is suspended. The appellant is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs.15,000/-.
