Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

Perused the papers. It has been alleged that the applicant assaulted the injured. The injured has suffered injuries to his fingers. The weapon allegedly used in the crime has been seized. There are no antecedents to the discredit of the applicant. He is a young boy of 21 years old. Considering the material progress in the investigation, his further detention may not be required. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

949-BA.133-23.odt (ii) Applicant SAURABH RAJENDRA NAGRALE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.354 of 2022, registered by Police Station Mukundwadi, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall attend the Police Station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice till filing of the charge sheet. (S. G. MEHARE, J.) ...
