The petitioner claims to be the owner of land bearing CTS No.5296, which was occupied for the police station. 2.

It appears that, after the construction of the new police station at different place, the possession of the said land was handed over to the petitioner.

Based on above, since the aforesaid land of the petitioner was earmarked in development plan for police station, he has sought deletion of the same from the development plan pursuant to the provisions of Section 50 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act.

The communication dated 19th April, 2023 tendered by the learned counsel for respondent no.6 is taken on record.
