By elaborate order dated 29.01.2021 the revision petitioner has been granted temporary bail and he has also furnished bail bonds. 3.

The applicant is a convict whose appeal against conviction has been dismissed and he has preferred this revision. He has been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three months and to pay fine of Rs. 300/- for the offence punishable under Section 511 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

Pending revision the substantive sentence shall stand suspended. The bail furnished pursuant to the order dated 29.01.2021 shall continue till decision of the Revision Application.

The Application is disposed of.
