2] The petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the refusal of his request made in an Appeal under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act by the Divisional Commissioner thereby refusing to keep the order under challenge in abeyance pending Appeal. 3] Considering the fact that on instructions the learned A.P.P. submits that the Divisional Commissioner would hear Stay Application preferred by the petitioner on 01/02/2021, coupled with the fact that the exigency for the petitioner to attend the marriage of his cousin to be held on 02/02/2021, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that the Divisional Commissioner may hear the petitioner on 01/02/2021 but allow him to attend the marriage on 02/02/2021 and will pass the order after 02/02/2021 on any day as per his convenience.
