Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant. Perused the application. The registration of First Appeal bearing St.No. 25148 of 2012 was refused due to not removing the objection within stipulated period by the learned Registrar vide Order dated 11-12-2012. 2.

According to learned counsel for applicant, certified copy of the Award has already procured and he is ready to file the same in this matter forthwith.

In view of nature of subject matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'. The impugned Order "Objection not removed, registration is refused" passed by the Registrar dated 11-12-2012 in First Appeal St. No. 25148 of 2012 is set-aside and quashed. The delay for the same is hereby condoned. The appeal be restored at it's original stage. Applicant-appellant shall remove the objection within a week after restoration of appeal at it's original stage; Failure to which, the order passed by this Court shall stands vacated automatically. Accordingly, application stands disposed of in above terms.
