Perused the pleadings in the petition, grounds taken therein, the allegations in the FIR and all other material placed on record, including the Panchanama of the place of incident where trap was led, and conversation between the accused and the complainant. 3.
In our opinion, there is sufficient material so as to proceed with the trial. No case is made out for quashing the proceedings arising out of the offence alleged against the petitioners. 4.
Accordingly, the Application is rejected.
