The present Writ Petitions were filed seeking directions to allow petitioners to take admission in postal D.Ed. and to pay salary.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions received by him from

Project Officer, informs that in all these matters, the services of the petitioners have been approved and are being paid regular salary as is permissible.

In light of that, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. In case the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the pay-scale being paid to them or in respect of arrears of salary then the petitioners may approach the Management and/or the authority concerned.

On receipt of any such application/representation from the petitioners, the authority concerned shall take appropriate decision on its own merits in accordance with law with regard to payment of arrears of salary if any or applicable pay-scale.
