Perused the affidavit in reply filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. In para no.2 it is stated that, Crime No. 191/2014 dated 6th May, 2014 has been registered with Kranti Chowk Police Station at Aurangabad by the complainant namely Narayan Gulabchand Banswal. The said Narayan Gulabchand Banswal is a father of the present petitioner. Prayer of the petitioner is that, the separate First Information Report should be registered of the same incident, which is subject matter of Crime No. 191/2014. We cannot accede to the prayer of the petitioner. Already the First Information Report is registered. Even the statement of the petitioner is recorded. He is cited as one of witness. In the circumstances, Petition stands rejected.
