Respondent No. 3 / District Social Welfare Officer, Latur has specifically stated in the affidavit-in-reply, dated 30/08/2016, that the order of this court and especially the direction in paragraph No. 10, dated 23/09/2015, has been complied with by the Management. The bill of Rs. 24,708/- was not received within time from the School authority and therefore, the amount was not deposited in the GPF account of the petitioner. It is categorically stated that the said amount would also be

deposited after the bill is received from the School. 2.

Shri Salunke, learned advocate for the Management of the school submitted that if the bill for the said amount has not been forwarded, the same would be done. Shri Bondar, learned advocate for respondent No. 3 submits that if the said issue has still not been put to rest, it would be so done, as soon as the bill is received from the School. 3.

Considering the above, I do not find that this Contempt Petition needs to be entertained. In the event, the bill for the amount of Rs. 27,408/- is still pending, the respondent No. 1 / Representative of the Management shall take urgent steps to do so within four weeks and Respondent No. 3 shall thereafter, clear the said bill within four weeks, if not already paid.

Respondent No. 3 submits that in the event, the petitioner makes any representation for any unpaid dues, considering the judgment of this Court dated 23/09/2015, steps would be taken in that regard so as to redress the grievance of the petitioner.

Contempt Petition is therefore, disposed of with the above directions.
