1] The present Civil Application is filed to recall the order dated 04.12.2023 passed in Writ Petition Stamp No.22420 of 2023 by condoning the delay of 21 days in filing the present civil application.

2] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated 04.12.2023 passed by the Registrar to the extent of the present applicant is quashed and set aside. The Writ Petition is restored to its original position. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.

3] The applicant to carry out the amendment within four weeks.
