Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that in respect of prayer clause B the purpose has been served, as on the last occasion before the trial court, the Muddemal as well as handwriting specimen have been submitted. A communication to that effect, dated dated 07.03.2025, tendered by the learned A.P.P. is taken on record.

Learned advocate for the petitioners now is pressing for prayer clause "C" i.e. to expedite the trial. However, from the case status submitted by him, it appears that the evidence is part heard. In respect of old cases, there are guidelines given by this court to every court and we hope that the concerned court will adhere to those guidelines.
