The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions states that, the petitioners were granted approval till 15.12.2003 and salary was also paid to them. Subsequently, because of the dispute in the management, present petitioners are not in service.

In view of the said statement, nothing would survive for adjudication. The writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs. Rule discharged.
