1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that by order dated 10th October, 2023, this Court had permitted the applicants to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest thereon. The learned counsel, however, submits that interest part is not mentioned in the said order.

2] The submission of the applicants is not objected by any of the respondents.

3] In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw interest component subject to filing

1568.24CA of undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar [Judicial] of this Court.

4] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the amount be handed over to the applicant no.1 on behalf of all other remaining applicants. The applicants are permitted to file an undertaking of other remaining applicants and the same be verified before the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court and that the amount be disbursed in the name of the applicant no.1. In the event, the applicants filed undertaking before the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court, then the amount can be transmitted in the name of applicant no.1.
