PER COURT :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Seen the prayer clause. It appears that the applicant is the father of the deceased girl, who committed suicide due to so called harassment at the hands of the petitioners in the Writ Petition. In view of the facts of the present case, this Court holds that there is possibility of having more material with the applicant and to see that the matter is properly decided, it is desirable that opportunity needs to be given to the applicant to intervene in the matter. Application is allowed.

Mr. Nayan Dilip Mukharji is to be made party respondent. Copy of the petition be supplied to the applicant. List the writ petition along with the criminal writ petition for final disposal on 25.2.2019.
