The name of the petitioner is at Serial No.325 in the Seniority List of the para-teachers prepared on 01.03.2014. The said list is annexed at Exhibit "F" of compilation of the Writ Petition.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that directions may be issued to the respondents to absorb the petitioner as Primary Teacher in a vacant post.

As already observed, the name of petitioner appears at Serial No.325 in the Seniority List of the para-teachers. Keeping in view the serial number of the petitioner in the said seniority list, we direct respondent no.2 to take a decision for appointment of the petitioner as Primary Teacher, if a vacancy is available, keeping in view the relevant procedure and Rules.
