It is submitted that the Education Officer has already submitted the proposal to the Director of Education (Secondary), for correction of the Staffing Approval (Page 46 to 50). The Director of Education (Secondary), has not taken any decision upon it as yet.

The Director of Education (Secondary) / concerned

2 wp 1971.18 authority shall take decision upon the proposal submitted by the Education Officer seeking correction of the Staffing Approval within a period of two (2) months from today. 3.

Depending upon the decision of the Director of Education (Secondary), and if the Staffing Approval is approved, then, if the post of the petitioner is available with respondent no. 7, then the petitioner can be continued on the said post. 4.

With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
