Mr. Gastgar, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, on 01st December, 2015 the petitioner has filed an application for grant of tribe certificate as belonging to Tadavi (Scheduled Tribe), however, the said application is not yet decided.

Mr. Patil, the learned Additional Government Pleader states that, within a period of fifteen days from today, the Sub Divisional Officer would decide the application of the petitioner. In view of the said statement made, no further orders are necessary. The respondent No. 1 shall decide the application of
