Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

It appears that applicants No. 1-A to 1-C are not parties to the proceedings. They are L.Rs. of deceased Arvindkumar Vishwanath Shingade in first appeal No. 2173 of 2016. His L.Rs. are yet to be brought on record. In such circumstances, the applicants No.1-A to 1-C have no locus standi to seek reliefs from this Court. The application filed on behalf of applicant No.1-A to 1-C being prematured deserves to be rejected.

In such circumstances, application cannot be entertained and the same stands disposed of.
