The application is filed for grant of permission to apply for passport by the present applicant by giving details of the pending court cases as required by the concerned passport issuing authority. Admittedly, the present applicant was convicted by the concerned Magistrate, but the learned Sessions Court, Aurangabad has acquitted her alongwith the other accused. Now the appeal filed by the State against the said acquittal is pending since 2013. The applicant appears to be retired from service. In view of the same, the application stands allowed and the applicant is permitted to apply for passport by giving necessary details as required by the concerned authority.
