The Petitioner claims to be belonging to the Mannerwarlu ST category. His claim for validation is pending with the Scrutiny Committee since 28.08.2017. He prays that an early decision may be taken by the Committee since the Petitioner would now have a chance for promotion.

The learned AGP submits that there is a huge burden and pressure of work with all the District Committees. Thousands of cases are pending and right from the Vigilance Cell Officers to the Committee khs/Jan.2024/924

- 2 - Members, each one of them is under a tremendous work pressure. He, therefore, prays for 9 months time.

Considering the above, this Petition is disposed off with the following directions :- [a] The Petitioner tenders his e-mail ID as sanjayisankar010@gmail.com and undertakes to acknowledge all correspondence through e-mail and would not take a stand that he did not have access to the same.

[b] The Petitioner shall render wholehearted co-operation to the Committee to complete the Vigilance Cell Enquiry within 60 days. [c] Further, whenever the Vigilance Cell Report is served on him alongwith a notice by e-mail, he would tender written notes of submissions and material which he desires to rely upon, within 21 days from the date of such e-mail service.

[d] The Committee shall deliver it's order on the claim of the Petitioner on or before 31.05.2024.
