This is an application for condonation of delay of 42 days in impugning the order passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Latur in Enquiry No.04/2016. The learned advocate for the respondent no.1 opposes the application. He submits that delay has not been properly explained. 3.

It has been specifically mentioned in the application that the applicant is physically challenged person and is bed ridden and was unable to take steps in filing the appeal.

In view of the ground mentioned in the application, the delay of 42 days is condoned.
