This matter was strenuously heard for two days by granting pass over to the learned advocate to take instructions. It is now pointed out that the petitioner has entered a form available in the e-Counselling Services with the title "Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), DGHS, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India NEET UG Counselling for MBBS, BDS & B.Sc. Nursing 2022", vide which the petitioner has opted out from the stray vacancy round of UG Counselling 2022.

The learned advocate for the petitioner once again sought a pass over and submits, on instructions, that the petitioner desires to once again appear for the NEET UG Examination to be held in 2023.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn.

Needless to state, the petitioner would be entitled to once again attempt the NEET UG-2023 examination.
