A request to take up WP No.6077/2012 for an out of turn final hearing, has been made. Office objections have not been removed. 2.

Writ petitions from 1992 onwards are being taken up for final hearing on every Thursday. This petition of 2012, therefore, cannot be granted a precedence. The civil application is, therefore, rejected. 3.

All office objections shall be removed on or before 15/04/2019, failing which, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 16/04/2019.

The parties are at liberty to renew their request for final hearing in January 2020.
