By way of this application, applicant seeks to bring on record the L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.1, who died on 16.10.2023. Copy of the death certificate is placed on record. 3.

Considering pleadings in the application and submissions advanced, there is no impediment in allowing this application. Hence, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause A and B. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
