The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is required to submit validity certificate by 20th January 2021. The vigilance is conducted. The petitioner has filed say to the vigilance report. The petitioner was present before the Committee today. Hearing is also taken but the judgment is not delivered.

In view of the aforesaid, the Committee shall take decision on or before 3.00 p.m. of 20th January 2021.
