Heard learned advocate for the applicant for some time. 2.

On going through the evidence, it appears that there is voluminous evidence against the present applicant. Looking to the allegations, which are serious allegations as the applicant happens to be father of the prosecutrix who was hardly 13-14 years of age at the time of incident. The witnesses are there who are also from the same family. Other evidence is also there. In such circumstance, it is not desirable to allow the application seeking suspension of sentence and release on bail. Hence, the application stands rejected.
