The petitioner, by these writ petitions, challenges orders dated 16th March, 2021 and 17th December, 2020 passed by the Hon'ble Minister, thereby confirming the orders passed by the Tahsildar thereby regularizing encroachments of respondents No.5.

Admittedly, the petitioner was not a party either before the Tahsildar or before the Hon'ble Minister.

Learned advocate for the petitioner states that the respondents No.5 in both the petitions have encroached on the

{2} wp1729-22 government land and orders of regularization of encroachments are passed in their favour, which are impugned in these petitions.

It is clear that the petitioner has no locus standi to file present writ petitions. Writ petitions are, therefore, dismissed with no order as to costs.
