The learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader points out that the petitioners, who are challenging the order passed under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, have a statutory remedy of filing a revision before the State in view of Section 152(4) of the Act.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to avail of the statutory remedy. If the revision is filed within four weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 16th January, 2019 until four weeks from today, would be considered as a ground for condonation of delay.
