By this Civil Application filed on 13.01.2020, the applicants/ petitioners seek extension of time to comply with the directions of this Court dated 04.07.2019 passed in Writ Petition No.15221/2017. Time has expired in October, 2019. Four months even thereafter, have lapsed. There is nothing placed on record to indicate as to what progress the applicants have made in deference of the order passed. None appears for the respondents despite service of the copy of this Civil Application.
