The application is moved for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this court. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the other co-employees are already permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the bank. The legal heirs of the deceased employees were not brought on record and, as such, the amount remained to be withdrawn, as per the chart annexed to the application, at Serial Nos.24 and 58. The learned counsel for the applicants also submits that the undertakings are already submitted to the bank.

The learned counsel for the respondent bank does not dispute the fact stated by the applicants.

In view of the same, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B".
