The applicant seeks permission to implement the Resolution No.455/36 dated 11th December, 2020 passed by the Adhoc Committee for installing the Fire Fighting Equipments and for the said purpose, he spent the amount. It is submitted that all the buildings of Sansthan and the Temple were inspected by the Fire Audit Life Line Services and C.I.S.F. Mumbai for various Fire preventing equipments and found some issues during Audit scrutiny. The Fire Consultant was appointed and he has suggested that sum of Rupees approximately Two Crores Fifteen Lakhs would be required for installation of various Fire Equipments such as Fire Extinguishers,

CA-1366-2021.odt Hyderogen System, Sprinkler System, Smoke Detectors, Alarm System etc.

Considering that the fire safety equipments would be necessary. We permit the applicant to proceed ahead for installation of Fire Fighting Equipments as per Resolution No. 455/36 dated 11th December, 2020. The E-tender should be published. Apart from the publication of the E-tender on the website, the same shall also be published in physical form in leading news paper. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of. No costs.
