We have heard Mr. Narwade, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant/Additional Government Pleader for all respondents.

The learned Assistant/Additional Government Pleader states that, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the action taken by the Tahsildar, the petitioners have remedy to approach the higher authority in appeal.

In view of that, though Mr. Narwade, the learned counsel for petitioners sought to canvass the submissions on merits of the

3 wp 2591.17 matters, we are not inclined to consider the same. The writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. The writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.

For a period of seven (07) days from today, no adverse action be taken against the petitioners. Needless to state on lapse of seven days, the protected granted to the petitioners shall come to an end.
