The petitioner who claims to be a Trustee of the Wakf / Respondent No.4 is invoking the powers of this Court questioning the order of the Wakf Board.

In the light of the availability of Tribunal constituted u/s 83 of the Wakf Act, 1995, which is constituted for dealing with on the judicial side any dispute relating to a Wakf, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the appropriate remedy available in Law.
