Learned Counsel Mr. Mohit Deshmukh and officer of the appellant Mr. Irfan Shaikh tender on record withdrawl Pursis which is marked as Exhibit-X. They pray to dispose of this First appeal in terms of withdrawal pursis.

As per the terms stated in the pursis, the appellant shall deposit interest within 45 days from today before Commissioner for employees compensation and Judge Labour Court, Aurangabad. It

After depositing the amount of interest, balance principal amount with accrued interest and the interest to be deposited shall be disbursed to the claimants. However, for the reasons stated in application for condonation of delay and in view of withdrawal of pursis, delay stands condoned. Office is directed to register First Appeal. First Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn in the above terms. Award be drawn accordingly. Process of refund of Court fees shall be processed as per law.

The appellant and the Legal Services Authority shall intimate today's minutes to the respondent claimant, the stakeholders and their lawyers.
