The petitioner is a lady employee who is working as an Assistant Teacher. She has sought inter district transfer in the light of the Government Resolution dated 7.4.2021, under the couple convenience category. Her online application is dated 08.08.2022. Apparently, the same has not been considered in the light of the list of eligible candidates, displayed on 23.08.2022 on the 'Teachers Transfer Management System' Website. Her husband is presently working at Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad, as an Assistant Teacher and the petitioner is working under the Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. 2.

It is pointed out that the representations, put forth by the petitioner, on 18.7.2022 and 30.8.2022, are pending with the Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanabad to consider the representations of the petitioner on their own merits and strictly in accordance with the Rules and policies applicable. Let a decision be arrived at, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31.03.2023.
