The petitioner is secured creditor and is merely anxious to get the order passed by the District Magistrate under Section 14 of the Secularization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002. 2.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to ensure that the order passed by formerly under Section 14 dated 29.05.2024, is complied with by the latter, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within two (02) weeks, unless the order passed by the District Magistrate is stayed by some court.
