Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'a' and 'b', which read thus :

The delay of 487 and 153 days in filing civil application for bringing legal representatives of respondent no. 1 Balasaheb Janardhan Dhore and respondent no. 2 (B) Manik Janardhan Dhore on record may kindly condoned and abetment may kindly be set aside and for that purpose issue necessary orders. b.

Grant the Civil Application and present respondent No. 1 (A) and respondent No.2(B-1) as stated in title clause may kindly be brought on record as legal heir and legal representative of the deceased respondent No. 1 Balasaheb Janardhan Dhore & deceased respondent No.2(B) Manik Janardhan Dhore, who are respondents in Second Appeal (St) No. 642/2016 and further direct the office to amend the record accordingly and for that purpose issue necessary orders." 5.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
