This writ petition is pre-mature in as much as representation has been given on 15.12.2017 with respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and petition has been filed on 16.01.2018 seeking directions to the said authorities to decide the said representation.

In our opinion whenever any representation /application is filed, the concerned authority shall get reasonable time to look into grievance raised in the representation/application, so as to apply its mind keeping in view the facts and law involved.

Be that as it may, though the petition is premature, we direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider

( 2 ) wp918.18 and decide the representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, however within ten weeks from today and take the appropriate decision in accordance with law. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the contentions raised either in the petition or in the pending representation and it is for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take appropriate decision. 4.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
