Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been seeking appointment on compassionate ground pursuant to the order of this Court. He further submits that in view of the recent vacancy that has occurred of the post of Lab Attendant with effect from 01.11.2022 due to superannuation of earlier Lab Attendant, the Head Master has forwarded the proposal to the Education Officer seeking approval to the petitioner' s appointment.

Hoping that the Education Officer would pass appropriate order on such proposal in due course, as expeditiously as possible, we dispose of the contempt petition.
