The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the revision before the State Minister as per the directions of this Court under order dated 1st December, 2021 in Writ Petition no.5376/2012. 2.

The learned Single Judge of this Court while passing the aforesaid order granted protection for 8 weeks. 8 weeks lapsed on 26th January, 2022. The petitioner has filed revision within time, however, the stay application is not yet decided.

On the last date, we had asked the learned Government Pleader to take instructions about the status of revision filed by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the revision/stay application filed by the petitioner is fixed for hearing on 2nd February, 2022 before the Minister of State (Cooperation).

In view of that the parties may appear before the Minister for State (Cooperation) on 2nd February, 2022 and put forth their stand.

Interim protection granted by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 12th October, 2012 is continued till 5th February, 2022.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
