Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Applicant is convicted of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and sentenced to suffer Simple Imprisonment for six months by the learned Magistrate and compensation of Rs. 1,50,000/-. This order has been confrmed by the learned appellate Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that applicant is

Offce to accept the Demand Draft, if it is produced within a week.

5.

On depositing Demand Draft, respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount on condition that if revision goes against him, he shall deposit the entire amount at once.

6.

Substantive sentence is suspended till disposal of the revision.

7.

Applicant be released on PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

8.

Bail before the trial Court.
