Perused the impugned communication and also the Office Order (Exhibit `C'/ Page 23 to 27), which are considered as Rule Finalized by the Committee. On conjoint reading of clause "8" of the said Annexure with the letter impugned in this Petition, in our opinion, the contents of the said letter are inconformity with clause 8 of the said Annexure issued on 8th August, 2017. No case is made out for interference. Hence

767.18WP the Petition stands rejected.

However, we make it clear that, rejection of this Petition shall not be construed as an impediment to the petitioner in case he wishes to challenge the order on merits.
