Learned counsel for the respondent-acquiring body has no objection if the civil application seeking permission to bring on record the legal representatives of original claimants is allowed. 3.
In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C".

The appellant to bring on record the legal representatives, as detailed in the civil application, by carrying out suitable amendment in

Leave is also granted to the applicants to bring on record the said legal representatives in the application seeking withdrawal of the compensation amount.
